1. Our bodies are acid by function, alkaline by design.

2. Love them more, expect less.

3. How I respond to life is what I request from life.

4. Medicine alters the effects of the disease and changes the symptom pattern.

5. If it is to be it is up to me.

6. Think about what you think about when you’re thinking about it.

7. Proof that I am well will always follow the feeling of wellness. The proof never precedes it.

8. I prepare consciously and deliberately for my sleep.

9. The conscious min is the seed. The subconscious mind is the soil. The subconscious creates.

10. To change my thoughts and feelings is to change my destiny.

11. Urine pH = my dietary scoreboard. Saliva pH = my emotional scoreboard.

12. I am focusing on my desires (as if I’ve already experienced them), not on my disease/symptoms.

13. I imagine, then believe, then take inspired action an it is mine.

14. Mastery of my thoughts & feelings is my highest achievement.

15. What I want to see in my relationships I must see in myself and in everyone else’s relationships.

16. Negative feelings must be counteracted with a more positive feeling (destructive interference collapses the wave)

17. 3 causes of disease = Trauma, Toxicity, Thoughts.

18. Sleep and prayer are two good ways to reach my subconscious (affirmations using pictures & emotions).

19. My suppressed emotions may be the cause of my disease/symptom.

20. My subconscious mind is impersonal, non-selective, non-thinking, non-judgmental, controls survival function and is cause.

21. 5 steps to health: Relief of symptoms, Correct cause, Think healthy, Live healthy, Stay Healthy.

22. 6 Essential Choices: Eat, Drink, Breathe, Sleep, Exercise, Think (choices/habits).

23. Perceived physiology of threat (sympathetic dominance) is identical to homeostasis of risk, even though in actuality there is no threat to the body.

24. Worry can activate the healing (parasympathetic) system when there is no food to digest.

25. Fear can create a timing problem that inappropriately activates both sympathetic and parasympathetic excess.

26. Mind-Body-Stress is any stimuli that causes the body to change the way it is functioning.

27. Learn to daily monitor your 6 Essentials.

28. An absence of symptomology is not synonomous with optimum health.

29. The top cause of dietary stress = to much protein.

30. The top cause of acidity/toxicity = negative thinking.

31. All reoccurring patterns of mind/body/field are stress induced, memory retained (stuck) and motor expressed (symptoms).

32. SEMO = Subconscious Emotional Memory Override – The Silent Killer.

33. Distress/disease occurs when there is a conflict between beliefs (“shoulds” of life), expectations and life/reality.

34. 5 Steps of Forgiveness: Forgive myself, forgive others, give others permission to forgive me, learn the lesson and be grateful for the lesson – moving forward in gratitude.

35. Alkalize to detoxify, to normalize, to revitalize.

36. Excess protein = excess acid = symptoms/disease. Eating more fruits & veggies = increased alkaline reserve = health.

37. Acute stress triggers an Adrenal Response. Chronic stress triggers a Thyroid Response.

38. We do not treat disease. We re-time the nervous system and coach/educate in taking charge of our health.

39. I can never know enough to totally understand The Creator and His Creation.

40. If there is no interference with Creative Information, the body will heal on it’s own and be a perfect expression of Creative Intelligence.

41. Learn the lesson of the moment, give thanks and move on.

42. How I see (perceive) life, through rose colored glasses, is what I believe about life.

43. How I think, feel and see myself influences how I think, see, feel and act towards others.

44. Cerebellar Impulses (setting) can be inappropriate to present need of the body – creating a timing problem to the musculoskeletal and other systems of the body.

45. B.E.S.T. re-times (reboots) the body to present need.

46. Primary interference to normal and healthy function occurs in the brain.

47. One or several reflexes (Labyrinthiene, Righting Reflex, Vestibular) may be compensated (stuck) due to trauma (physical or emotional) or engram in memory.

48. Fist test to challenge alkaline reserve.

49. Shoulder test to check on SEMO

50. To remain happy in the physical dimension, I must remain connected to the vertical dimension (spiritual).

How we perceive and respond to life’s challenges and opportunities to grow are derived from basic beliefs. These beliefs we are told are imprinted into our brains between 0-7 years of age. If an external experience or stimulus is congruent with the internal belief, there is no tension, resistance , fight or flight response. However if there is a lack of congruency between beliefs and environmental stimuli, an alert message is perceived by the brain, something is not safe. The sympathetic system starts to engage and to make matters more complicated what we perceive as a threat may not be, in reality. Then we start to justify, blame, project. excuse, addict our perception of reality.

Stuffing our emotions is a form of denial. In reality I’m lying to myself about how I feel and perceive life. I’m not trusting myself. Body symptoms will soon follow. I could also become a pressure cooker of boiling emotions, that buried alive never die, but percolate and stew, leading to accidents and diseases. Everyday in my office I see this scenario over and over.

So now what?

1. Be honest with yourself. Acknowledge how you feel emotionally, mentally, physically…

2. Breathe deeply into the abdomen; not naming the thought, feeling or situation.., embracing it/me as I am and the situation as it is now.

3. Breathing deeply will allow your being to be present in the now. By being present there is a shift in awareness and brain physiology. Our brains begin to function from present need as opposed to old stuck perceptions.

4. Let it go: if the thought, emotion or sensation returns, repeat 1-3. It will repeat until there is less stored energy. You will not die from a thought. If you breath-embrace and release you will learn to handle the catastrophic through the mundane. Your brain will do the rest as you change your habits.

When our six essential choices (eat, drink, breathe, exercise, rest and think) become imbalanced due to habit, our minds shift into perceptions of defense. We begin to perceive threat where there is no actual threat to our existence. The true threat is to our ego-based beliefs that cause the drama and the trauma of our lives, which are all subconscious. To make matters worse we defend these beliefs as if the are absolute truth, when in reality these beliefs aren’t even ours…Science tells us that our beliefs, that run out behaviors, are input into our minds before the age of seven. Brain waves of children are like that of a hypnotized person, with no discernment to accuracy and all is accepted as regardless of truth. These are the beliefs that creep up in our lives generating negative emotions. Which, in turn stimulate the fight/flight response: elevate blood pressure, sugar & cholesterol, increased adrenal stress hormones (cortisol & epinephrine), increased heart rate, increased muscle tone (tight muscles), decreased digestion, increased sweating, dilated pupils and increased mental activity (mind wont shut off/shut up).

When this patter is reinforced over many years the body will break down due to overuse. The following is a description of some adrenal burnout symptoms:

Stage One

Digestive problems, inability to calm down, prostatitis , increased serum cholesterol, weight gain/weight loss, menstrual problems, sleep disturbances, diarrhea, tight muscles, decreased libido & pain syndromes.

Stage Two

Chronic fatigue syndrome, loss of libido, impotence, bloating and fluid retention, constipation, male & female hair loss, bone loss, increased nightly urination, low back pain/sciatica.

Stage Three

Fibromyalgia, chronic non-specific pain, heart arrhythmia, severe constipation, panic attacks/anxiety, bile reflux * digestive problems, depression/mental frustration, memory loss, inability to think clearly, sensitivity to smell, sight & sound, difficulty breathing, joint pain and all inflammations (anything ending in “itis”).

Stage Four

A trigger event will occur (physical trauma, mental/emotional stress) which will cause a blood sugar event,(when more than 1-2 adrenal hormones are imbalanced) a blood sugar disorder and or genetic predisposition i.e. cancer, heart attack, diabetes, arthritis, auto-immune, will then occur. So where do you fit in this 4 stage series of declining health? You can see that as time and habits continue the body will break down.

The next step is to ask; if this is how i got here, what can i do today to create a healthier life for tomorrow? The answer is to gradually start to change our habits in the six essentials (eat, drink, breathe, exercise, rest and think). By changing these habits the subconscious mind will calm down, allowing the body to heal. A good place to start is our thinking. When I get a negative thought, I could choose to follow it, and produce what I have created up to now in my life (suffering, rational stress, financial lack etc..) or I could choose to simply let it go, do the forgiveness exercises, repeat a positive affirmation, do belly breathing or do the Morter March….etc

The key is not to follow the ego-mind and its ego defenses that have created what we have ( & don’t want) today. Rather to see life & ourselves and respond to life & ourselves from a different perspective, point of view: one of abundance, joy.peace, love, confidence and creativity, irregardless of what goes on outside. In this way you are truly creating a life of health, happiness and success. The life you are meant to live now.
