We are the most obese nation on the planet. How can this be? We have more doctors, nutritionist, hospitals, gyms, health-clubs, and finances than all other nations put together!

This symptom, which is epidemic and is currently trying to be legislated away, which will never work. Did this work with prohibition? Did it work in the war on drugs? The war against cancer? Heart Disease?

This symptom is a result of our unwillingness to live in a healthy manner, both in our individual choices and as a consumer nation. This includes antibiotics, hormones and environmental pollutants in our food , water and air!

The average cost to the insurance companies, disease care system (Allopathic Medicine), employers, etc is $5,000 per year for males and $2,500 per year for females for obesity. This from the report ” A Heavy Burden: the individual costs of being overweight and obese in the United States” which considered lost wages, disease care costs (allopathic), short term disability, productivity loss, absences etc…

The principle added cost of obesity is your health and symptomatology. Many people then seek relief through a magic pill, procedure or “guru”. The only true cause of our suffering is in our HABITS and BELIEFS. So to get healthy we must be willing to change at the core level. Core level willingness is a self-honoring FIRE that will sustain you even when your body or memory resists. See our previous blogs for some helpful hints. If you are truly committed give us a call to start your journey in Health, Happiness & Success.

In Health & Service,

Here’s some sobering statistics on fellow guys according to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention.

1. 12% ages 18 and older are considered in fair or poor health

2. 32% ages 20 and older are obese

3. 31% ages 20 and older have high blood pressure

4. 60% ages 18 and older do not consistently participate in leisure time-physical activity

To change these statistics we all need to look at our 6 Essential Choices, what I EAT, DRINK, THINK and how I BREATH, EXERCISE and SLEEP

and perhaps choose more self-honoring habits to create the Health, Happiness and Success that I truly desire! For more info check out my blogs in the 6 essentials category

Here’s the statistics from The National Cancer Institute Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results.

2009 - 766,130 men, 713,220 women diagnosed with cancer.

What can you do today to reduce risk?

1. Decrease body weight

- Increase veggies, fruits & nuts

- Drink R.O. water

- Aerobic exercise

2. Reduce toxic load

- Cut out sugar, high fructose corn syrup and sweeteners from your diet

- Go Organic with meats – less hormones for your body to deal with

3. Take natural, whole food supplements that support body detoxification, normalization and self revitalization (there’s no power in a drug or surgery to be healthy, ALL health must come from within).

4. Regularly cleanse your body

- Do a series of 10-20 detox foot baths

- Do a liver-bowel-kidney cleanse

5. Detox your thoughts

- Immediately DROP (without blame, excuse or justification) ANY negative thought about yourself, others, life, God, past, present, future and begin to dwell on what you are GRATEFUL for.
