6 Essentials: What you Think

This, by far, is the most important of the six essential choices! Your thoughts and emotional state help determine what chemicals your brain creates.  What you think about, you bring about. Think about what you think about, and let go of  any negative or judgmental thoughts and replace them with positive pictures in your minds eye. Most importantly, remember to forgive any person or experience that comes to your mind during the day.
