Research strongly supports mushroom’s ability to prevent and even heal many ailments and conditions from cancer to a common cold. Here’s a short list of the mushrooms and some of the positive effects to eat for good health.

When shopping: Make sure your mushrooms are firm, plump, fresh and wash them up. Also it’s advisable to refrain from wild mushrooms, some of which can be lethal!
