Your Prostate Health

July 28, 2011 By Roland Phillips (D.C.)

Scientific studies now estimate that almost every American male over the age of 45 has some form of difficulty with the prostate gland.

This gland is about the size of a chestnut surrounding the neck of the urinary bladder, just in front of the rectum.  The prostate secretes an alkaline fluid to the seminal fluid which carries sperm.  Without prostate secretion a male would be sterile yet still have a libido.

Here is a short list of symptoms indicating trouble

1.  Enlargement: can cause a weakened urinary stream, dribbling and incomplete elimination of urine from the bladder.

2.  Infection (inflammation):  Low back pain, persistent subluxation of L3 L4 L5, burning upon urination with discharge and frequency of urination.

You may need to get a blood test and examination to rule out the possibility of prostate cancer; yet regardless of the diagnosis, natural solutions to create a healthy medium should begin.

Here’s some steps to consider

1.  Eliminate stimulatory foods and drink – excess protein and meat, liquor, coffee, black tea and dairy.

2.  Kegels exercise – consult the Internet on Kegels pelvic exercises.

3.  Supplements – Alkalize with Alka Green, Vitamin F, pumpkin seeds, fat soluble chlorophyll, Green20, parsly, ginsing, fenugreek tea, Prost-X, Prostate PMG

* Review your childhood and adult life and look for creative experiences that did not turn out as expected and do forgiveness on thThis is a 1st-3rd chakra issue and creative energy not flowing through the system, but stuck in an area is a major electrical cause of physical dysfunction.
